i found the beds perfect. the spa seemed nice. the service was super polite and helpful. there was enough parking space.
The pool area is really not as advertised. It seems small and surrounded by walls or buildings with limited sunshine.

The desk clerk assisted with taxi arrangements to dinner in the city center. The room was clean and well appointed. I utilized the complimentary breakfast that included cooked-to-order eggs. This hotel provided services comparable to a larger facility. I found wellness area amazing.
I noticed slight dated decor in the room. But this did not affected overall experiance.

The hotel is located within walking distance to Riva, a notable attraction. Streets near the hotel are narrow which makes arrival a bit challenging for drivers. I appreciate this location.

The room was very spacious and clean, it even included a nice balcony. I liked the pool and sauna facilities available to guests. Hotel parking was easy, I always found a spot. The breakfast selection had MANY options, I especially liked the pastries.
The gym was small, with minimal equipment and limited space for floor exercises.

The reception staff provides helpful service and welcomes guests warmly. The administrator speaks multiple languages, offering really good assistance with attention to detail and care. the staff ensures a comfortable stay.
